Job summary

Sika is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our Facades Sales Team in the Tampa area. You will drive new business by targeting builders, architects, applicators and distributors, and by promoting high-value facade products.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will develop territory plans, secure appointments, deliver product demonstrations, and support job-sites. This role requires extensive travel and independent work from a home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related building products field.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience to consumer segment.
• Experience with market development concepts and STP fundamentals.
• Sales management and market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy.
• Identify and engage key prospects to drive sales growth.
• Secure appointments and close sales with target builders and applicators.
• Promote high-value products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Deliver product presentations and job-site support to contractors and partners.
• Build relationships with dealers to generate leads and referrals.
• Provide market insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-store and on-site product demonstrations.
• Approximately 70% travel is expected.
