Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Tempe, AZ to drive sales growth for consumer packaged goods. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships in a field-based environment.

This full-time role offers daytime hours Mon–Fri 7am–5pm with mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO. Prior CPG/retail field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail or field sales is preferred.
• Ability to manage a territory and build client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell CPG products and merchandising within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and clients to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions and report results.
