Acosta Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and brand presence across an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships while meeting dynamic sales targets in a field-based role.

The position offers a daytime schedule, full-time employment, and benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and PTO. Travel to multiple stores within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Retail or field sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and clients to grow in-store sales.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage routing and prioritization of the territory.
• Report sales results and merchandising observations to internal teams.
