Job summary

Acosta Group in Jacksonville is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth for Danone brands and maintain strong relationships with store personnel across the territory.

You will promote merchandising standards, optimize product distribution, and participate in in-store events while delivering excellent customer service in a field-based role. The position offers a daytime, full-time schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales, and/or territory/route sales & merchandising.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
