Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC and our client seek an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined territory across South PA & DE. You will deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, nurture relationships with architects, schools, and parks departments, and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities include meeting targets, face-to-face meetings, and developing tailored proposals while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to schools, government entities, construction firms, or architects is preferred.
• Proven track record in new business development and relationship management.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to address groups of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to demonstrate value of products.
• Deliver customized presentations to key decision-makers.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution.
