Job summary

StructureCare, a national leader in parking structure engineering, repair, and maintenance, seeks a Territory Manager for the Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley. Based in Lancaster, PA, this in-office role combines sales leadership, operations oversight, and client relationship management.

You will own the territory P&L, develop talent, coach teams across sales, project management, and field operations, and travel about 25% to neighboring markets while delivering profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering field, construction management, business management or related program.
• Progressive leadership experience in business, operations, sales, and/or project management within construction, building services, parking, or commercial real estate industries.
• Excellent relationship management, strategic planning, negotiation, problem solving, sales, communications, and execution skills.
• Profit and loss responsibility for projects totaling up to $10-20M+/- in assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members across Business Development, Client Services, Project Management, and Field Technician personnel.
• Develops and executes territory sales and customer-retention plans to support growth and profitability.
• Directs territory-wide service delivery with staffing, budgets, safety, quality standards, and contracts.
• Negotiates with customers and aligns bid scope with sales contracts.
• Collaborates with purchasing to maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitors project performance regarding cost and quality and initiates corrective actions when needed.
• Prepares materials for operations reviews, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Fosters a culture of safety and accountability while driving territory performance across metrics.
