You will develop strategic plans, maximize customer satisfaction, and cultivate long-term relationships with glazing contractors and general contractors to expand market presence. The role offers a base salary range of $85,000–$105,000 plus generous incentive compensation and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of industry experience (automatic door knowledge).
• 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction bid documents and specs to ensure proper solutions quoted to customers.
• Develop and foster close relationships with glazing and general contracting companies in the territory.
• Attend customer meetings on site, via phone, and at trade association events with other sales staff.
• Develop pipeline and process opportunities through the sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue.
