dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative based in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area for our Access Automation Solutions business. This field sales role will own end-user sales and drive profitability within the assigned territory, partnering with customers across hospitals, hotels, airports, and property management firms.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with a generous incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automatic door industry experience.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan to manage the territory and accounts to meet sales targets.
• Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and end user specifications for the territory.
• Maintain current product knowledge and stay abreast of industry/territory knowledge and trends.
• Be an expert on codes and standards applicable to the products being sold and adapt to market changes.
• Collaborate with other sales staff by attending customer meetings on site and virtually.
• Build relationships with customers and work with the sales team to meet sales goals.
