Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative based in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. This role focuses on driving sales growth across the territory by developing strategic plans, maximizing customer satisfaction, and cultivating long-term relationships with glazing contractors and general contractors within the commercial construction industry.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000, with a generous incentive compensation plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of industry experience (automatic door knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction bid documents and specifications to ensure proper solutions are being quoted to customers.
• Develop and foster close relationships with new and existing glazing and general contracting companies in the territory.
• Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings on site, via phone and at trade association events.
• Develop pipeline and process opportunities through sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue.
