Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven direct sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new accounts for recycling services.
• Conduct 15-20 in-person cold calls daily.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
