Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new territory and build a book of business through in-person client visits. You will train with a motivated team of supplemental insurance producers to acquire and retain clients by connecting with business owners and decision-makers.

You will visit local businesses, pursue leads via Salesforce CRM, and collaborate with your sales manager to set and achieve monthly targets while earning draw pay, commissions,

Qualifications

• Active background check
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience requirement

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to build a new book of business
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present products
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio and referrals
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team
• Maintain weekly schedule and submit reports of activity
