Job summary

All Dry Services is hiring an outside salesperson to cover the Louisville market. You'll set your own routes, pick your own targets, work out of your car more than an office, and get measured on what you produce rather than what time you showed up.

This role focuses on identifying property managers, facility managers, insurers, and other buyers who need emergency restoration services and building a reliable referral network.

Qualifications

• Willingness to approach people who didn’t ask to see you.
• Judgment to know when to talk and when to ask a question.
• Follow-through on a sales cycle measured in weeks, not minutes.
• Comfort running your own day without drifting.
• Instinct to be useful before you're needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target property managers, facility managers, and insurers.
• Earn trust from buyers and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Plan and execute self-directed routes and meetings.
• Document activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations once a referral becomes a job.
