Job summary

A GRADE Property Restoration seeks an Emergency Response Coordinator to engage homeowners after disasters and drive emergency restoration services. You will manage your own route, negotiate contracts, and close sales while handling high-stress situations.

Requires a valid driver's license and legal work status in the United States. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission; training provided; flexible schedule and field-based role across the Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing signed contracts.
• Self-starter with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency loss sites and assess damage.
• Sell emergency restoration services and secure signed service agreements.
• Coordinate with office staff on status and scheduling.
• Document daily site visits and lead activity.
• Attend weekly team meetings and manage your own schedule.
