Job summary

Implement4 is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop a referral network and generate residential restoration opportunities in a field-based role in Louisville, KY. You will build relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and property managers and drive in-person activity to establish a durable referral book.

Ideal candidates are hungry, organized, and relationship-driven, with experience in outside or territory sales.

Qualifications

2+ years of outside sales or business development.
Proven ability to generate new relationships and new business.
Comfort spending most of the workday in the field.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
CRM familiarity and discipline.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage an assigned route sales territory.
Build a target list of referral sources (insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, property managers).
Conduct consistent in-person visits with referral partners.
Create a regular contact cycle to keep partners engaged.
Build a book of 30–50 active referral partners over time.
Generate residential restoration opportunities through relationship-based selling.
Log activities and updates in the CRM and report to leadership.
Provide weekly territory plans with completed activities and upcoming visits.
