Job summary

Surface Experts of Kentuckiana is seeking a Sales Representative to grow relationships with property managers and facilities teams. The role offers a base salary plus unlimited commission and a path to bonus based on performance, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter and energetic.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car with a clean driving record.
• Professional, caring and service-minded.
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
• In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
• Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships
• Educates on Surface Experts capabilities
• Enjoys working with people
• Validates level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
• Earns the trust with our Customers
• Working within a sales team and process
• Memorizes sales scripts and role-playing practice
• Documents sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
• Reports accurately and weekly
• Brainstorms to find new leads and opportunities
