Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in local markets in Texas. Training combines online classroom with field mentorship in your assigned territory to master the sales cycle and closing techniques.

Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training to the right candidate. You will manage a local territory, meeting with business owners to introduce customizable supplemental insurance solutions and build a personal client portfolio through

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and expand network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
