You'll manage leads using our Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, and pursue monthly targets while participating in team calls.

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
