As a newly hired sales professional, you will build client portfolios, qualify leads in your area, and meet sales targets set with your team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow referrals, and resell existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
