Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work independently and manage a local territory.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and resell to existing clients.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan, track, and report weekly schedule and activities.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
