Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a driven entry-level Territory Sales Representative to grow our supplemental insurance portfolio in Colorado. You will receive extensive training and manage a personal client base across small and medium businesses, including one-on-one meetings and group presentations.

You’ll work with a supportive team, use Salesforce to generate leads, and drive your own schedule within a culture focused on growth, autonomy, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on leads
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team
• Plan and submit weekly schedules to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
