Job summary

Proactive Health is hiring a Partner Manager in Seattle, WA to own partner relationships with senior care providers. You will manage referrals, schedule meetings, and drive revenue growth across a growing territory.

You’ll coordinate with enterprise teams for cross-territory accounts and occasionally perform in-home patient device installs to support rollout and referral-to-activation objectives.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in account management, partner management, or field sales within healthcare or senior care markets.
• Established network in the senior care community to open doors and generate referrals.
• Proven ability to grow B2B/B2B2C relationships with measurable outcomes.
• Strong drive to own territory, build pipelines, and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with active portfolio of senior care partners, driving referrals and coordinating with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities, schedule meetings, and onboard new partners while maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Perform in-home patient device installs in new territories when needed and support cross-training.
