The Chefs’ Warehouse is seeking a driven Sales Associate to represent our elite protein and ingredients portfolio in the Virginia Beach area. You will build trusted relationships with chefs and foodservice operators, helping customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus and streamline operations.

This role offers uncapped commissions, territory ownership, and support from a top-tier team of sales and culinary professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Ability to build trust, develop customer relationships, and help others succeed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Targets and commissions drive earnings in this role.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of The Chef's Warehouse within your territory, building trusted relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators.
• Help customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus, improve operations, and grow their businesses.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts, win new business, and increase earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
• Manage your territory autonomously while being supported by a team of experts in sales, culinary, protein, and produce.
