Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Macon, GA. We train you through a combined online classroom and hands-on field program within your assigned territory, focusing on ownership, growth, and service.

As a newly hired sales professional, you will meet with business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and build a personal client portfolio. Previous sales experience helps but is not required, as we provide training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school sales/athletic background.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license with training.

Responsibilities

• Attend comprehensive sales training combining classroom and field sessions.
• Engage with local SMBs in-person to present insurance solutions.
• Schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio with referrals.
• Record daily activities and progress in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to your manager.
• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and groups.
