Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Texas. As a newly hired sales professional, you will undergo comprehensive training blending online classroom work with hands-on field mentoring in your assigned territory.

You will meet with business owners to present industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions and tailor them to client needs. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and current clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager.
• Visit local businesses; build relationships with owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
