Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for the Commercial Playground & Outdoor Fitness market, based in Miami, FL. This home/field role targets schools, parks, and municipalities with projects from $10K to $1M+ and involves building long-term relationships across communities.

The ideal candidate has outside B2B sales experience, excels at consultative selling, and can manage long sales cycles while working independently from a home office.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience required.
• Experience with consultative or solution-based selling preferred.
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and develop new business throughout your territory.
• Sell commercial playground and outdoor fitness solutions to schools, municipalities, parks & recreation departments, contractors, developers, and other organizations.
• Manage your territory independently from a home office while regularly meeting customers in the field.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and lunch-and-learns.
• Work with an internal design team to prepare proposals and preliminary project designs.
• Manage opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $1M+.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial consultation through installation and post-sale support.
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Consistently work toward and exceed territory sales goals.
