Enovis Regen is seeking a Territory Manager to drive orthopedic product sales and expand reimbursement revenue within the assigned territory. You will cultivate physician and hospital relationships, educate customers on product use, and coordinate local educational events to exceed sales goals.

The role requires healthcare industry knowledge, patient-focused service, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time to engage with accounts and partners.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Orthopedic Sales and knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment strongly preferred.
• Experience in medical sales strongly preferred.
• Experience calling on hospitals preferred.
• Experience working with distributors preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third party reimbursement preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes a business plan to meet financial, market, and product goals for the territory.
• Cultivates customer relationships by initiating contact with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
• Provides product education on technical and clinical aspects to customers and prospective customers.
• Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events with internal support to reach sales goals.
• Proactively cultivates competitive opportunities and defends against competitive threats to minimize losses.
• Leverages Marketing resources and materials to support sales activities.
• Accurately completes and submits paperwork to achieve reimbursable sales.
• Complies with the Enovis compliance and ethics standards and HIPAA requirements.
