Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Foot & Ankle to drive commercial execution across a defined region. You will manage distributor partnerships, coach sales reps, and help shape local growth strategies while reporting to the Area Vice President, Sales - Foot & Ankle.

This remote role requires regular travel within the region. You will lead regional training, coordinate surgeon engagement events, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory efficiency and successful product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience; leadership or mentorship preferred.
• Strong understanding of OR-based selling and surgeon engagement.
• Proven ability to coach and influence both direct reps and distributor partners.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives across the region.
• Partner with Distributor Partners to align on priorities and territory execution.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, field visits, and business reviews with reps and DPs.
• Drive disciplined funnel management, including opportunity tracking, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
• Support reps and DPs in strategic account planning, target identification, and territory development.
• Identify opportunities for new account contracts and local commercial partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, MedEd, Operations and Customer Service.
• Oversee regional inventory management and loaner programs.
• Coordinate local labs, journal clubs and surgeon engagement events.
• Serve as a primary field resource for troubleshooting operational, product, or customer challenges.
• Drive onboarding, skill development, and field competency across the region.
• Initiate contracting processes and collaborate with contracting, legal, and supply chain teams.
