Job summary

Morales Beverage Group seeks an energetic Sales Representative, Off-Premise, to drive revenue growth in Sugar Land, West Houston and surrounding areas. You will cultivate relationships with retail accounts, manage merchandising and promotions, and process orders on-site to support sales targets.

The role emphasizes visiting stores, executing programs, and building partnerships while achieving monthly and quarterly goals. A full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the industry preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives.
• Strong PC applications skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Attendance at local meetings, local travel and occasional out-of-town travel required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and off-premise accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure merchandising standards and proper product placement.
• Execute brand programs, promotions, and schematics in line with company initiatives.
• Present and place new items, rotate stock, and ensure proper tagging and POS material usage.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and store-level promotions (e.g., flyers).
• Collect and process store replenishment orders when applicable.
• Audit accounts and address issues promptly.
• Support special projects for regional chains and distributor partners.
• Travel daily within assigned territory.
