Job summary

Morales Beverage Group seeks a Sales Representative, Off-Premise for Sugar Land, West Houston, and surrounding areas. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, strengthening relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll engage store-level decision-makers, influence purchasing, and execute in-store merchandising and promotions to meet sales targets. The role requires daily territory travel, strong communication, and a proactive approach within a family-oriented company,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21 years or older and valid Texas driver's license.
• Experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account management and relationship building with retail/off-premise accounts.
• Visit accounts regularly to ensure merchandising standards and product placement.
• Execute promotions and brand programs in-store.
• Present new items, rotate stock, and manage POS materials.
• Negotiate for shelf space and store-level promotions.
• Process replenishment orders and service accounts in-territory.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Monitor inventory and recommend timely reorders.
• Provide feedback on customer needs to management.
