Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative, Off-Premise to grow revenue by acquiring new accounts and strengthening partnerships across Fort Worth, Granbury, Weatherford, and surrounding areas. You will engage store-level decision makers, drive promotions, and process on-site orders to support sales goals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, a proven sales mindset, and the ability to travel daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Ability to travel daily within territory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to obtain background and drug screening.
• 21 years or older with High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: build and maintain relationships with retail/off-premise accounts.
• Visit accounts regularly to ensure merchandising standards and product placement.
• Execute brand programs, promotions and store-level schematics.
• Present and place new items, rotate stock, and manage POS materials.
• Negotiate shelf space and promotions with retailers.
• Process store replenishment orders and audit accounts.
