Morales Beverage Group seeks a Sales Representative, Off-Premise, to drive revenue growth across Arlington, Dallas, Grand Prairie and surrounding markets. You will engage store-level decision-makers, implement merchandising and promotions, and deliver tailored solutions to improve sales performance.

You will build relationships, educate staff on products, and process orders on-site to support sales goals while traveling daily within the territory.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in beverage sales or retail account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and off-premise accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure merchandising standards and product placement.
• Execute brand programs, promotions, and in-store schematics.
• Present and place new items, rotate stock, and ensure POS material usage.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and store-level promotions.
• Track orders and manage replenishment with retail partners.
