Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for Northern Maryland and Southern Delaware. After a 13‑week training, you will identify and secure new customers across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors, providing tailored solutions for linen, uniforms, and facility services.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales quotas, and working with a dedicated team in a dynamic field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
