Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in New Castle, DE is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the local branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, undergo a 13-week training, and then identify and secure new customers across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors.

You’ll build relationships and deliver tailored linen, uniform and facility-service solutions. Daily activities include prospecting, presenting proposals, managing a Salesforce funnel, and collaborating with teams

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient with company CRM (Salesforce) to drive results.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing your Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
