Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth within a defined Charlotte territory. After training, you will identify and close new customers in food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors, offering linen and facility services.

You will report to a Regional Sales Manager and work with a team to meet growth targets, using Salesforce for pipeline management and customer onboarding, with extensive travel across North and West Charlotte regions.

Qualifications

• Proven history of outside sales success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business and present tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas via Salesforce funnel management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings and outline upcoming installations.
• Foster relationships with new customers for a smooth service transition.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
