Job summary

Alsco Uniforms seeks a high-energy Sales Consultant to drive branch top-line growth in the Kent, WA area. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13-week training, and then identify and secure new customers across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare segments.

You’ll help grow relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and work with a dedicated team to meet growth goals while using Salesforce to manage prospects and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing your Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers for a smooth service transition.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
