Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in the Mercedes, TX area and seeking self-motivated individuals. You will undergo a comprehensive training program combining online learning with hands-on field mentorship to master the sales cycle and industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions.

You will manage your own local territory, meet with business owners, present employee group options, and build a client portfolio while working with a supportive sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Willingness to learn and grow; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to manage a local territory and develop client networks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and hit sales targets
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity to your manager
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
