Job summary
Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in New Braunfels, TX. As a newly hired sales professional, you will complete an integrated training program blending online and field instruction, and you will operate in your assigned local territory meeting business owners and decision-makers to introduce tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
Prior sales experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections
- Ability to manage time and schedule independently
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic market
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience
- Active driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Attend sales training program combining classroom and field training
- Engage with local businesses through in-person meetings to present insurance solutions
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and decision-makers
- Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
- Develop and nurture your client portfolio and hit sales targets
- Record daily activity and sales progress; collaborate with team manager
