Job summary

Griffin Fluid Management is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to cover the Pompano Beach, FL area. You will drive new business for pump rental equipment and dewatering services, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The role requires travel up to 80% of the time and offers a compensation package with salary and commissions along with benefits. The TSR will work with the Branch Manager to grow the business, provide quotes, and manage the sales territory for optimal

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven outside/field sales experience.
• Background in pump equipment is a plus; pipeline hydrotest knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong new business development and customer-retention skills.
• Direct sales and/or project management experience with equipment is a plus.
• Ability to prospect new customers through proactive lead generation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent business presentation skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and applications.
• Efficient territory and time management using CRM.
• Team orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business to meet growth goals and drive revenue.
