Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Northern California, including Sacramento, Central Valley and Bay Area. You will sell capital equipment to food, beverage, and other manufacturing facilities, develop new accounts, and manage a diverse range of production teams.

You’ll travel 3–4 days per month, present on-site demonstrations, and drive full sales cycles from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical/industrial sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling capital equipment to manufacturing facilities such as food/beverage.
• Experience selling directly to production, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new manufacturing accounts throughout Northern California.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
• Sell capital equipment used in manufacturing, packaging, and production lines.
• Conduct on-site equipment presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting through negotiation and close.
• Maintain customer activity, pipeline, forecasts, and follow-up within the CRM.
