You will receive extensive training and mentorship, with optional travel weeks to collaborate with colleagues in other regions.

Your role focuses on introducing business owners and their employees to top-tier supplemental health benefit plans, through consults and group presentations, shaping your local territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school sales/athletic background.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Producer license (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
