Triad Service Solutions is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in the Phoenix area to generate new business within an assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, and close service contracts while coordinating with operations to ensure aligned pricing and commitments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of business development experience; experience in janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, building services, facilities services, HVAC, or related fields preferred.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling, and ability to pursue new business.
• Ability to manage the sales process, assess customer needs, and prepare proposals with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to identify prospective clients and hit sales goals.
• Prospect through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online research; spend ~3 days/week in the field.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in property and facility management.
• Develop tailored proposals aligned with clients' goals, operations, and budgets.
• Manage full sales cycle: outreach, site visits, meetings, follow-up, pricing, contracts.
• Identify RFPs and bid opportunities with company leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity for new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure pricing and commitments match capabilities.
• Document leads and activities in Salesforce; provide pipeline updates to SVP of Sales.
• Represent Triad at industry events and trade shows; pursue new business revenue goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
