Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to generate new business within an assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, and secure service contracts while managing pricing and proposals.

Base salary ranges $70k–$80k with commissions; total earning potential exceeds $135k annually. The role requires travel within the territory and deep knowledge of facility services marketplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of business development experience in commercial/building services preferred.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and pursue new business.
• Experience with preparing proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to identify prospects and achieve goals.
• Prospect through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online research; 3 days in the field weekly.
• Build relationships with property/facility managers and executives.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution and renewals.
• Document leads and opportunities in Salesforce; provide pipeline updates.
