Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Colorado to drive new business within an assigned region. You will prospect, visit client sites, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage the full sales cycle to close contracts.

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with commissions and a total earning potential of $135,000+ per year. Willingness to travel within the territory and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of business development experience preferred.
• Ability to prospect and pursue new business.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to identify prospects and hit goals.
• Prospect via field visits, cold calls, networking, and online research; ~3 days in the field weekly.
• Build relationships with property/facility decision-makers and executives.
• Manage full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, pricing, and contracts.
• Identify RFPs and bid opportunities with company leadership.
• Monitor market and competitors for new opportunities.
• Document leads and activities in Salesforce; provide pipeline updates.
• Represent Triad at events and trade shows; aim to exceed revenue targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
