Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Territory Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA. You will generate new business, manage relationships with facility managers, and drive service contracts within an assigned territory.

You will travel regularly, conduct field visits, and present tailored proposals to meet client goals. The role includes base salary plus commissions, with total earnings potential exceeding $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of business development experience; janitorial/building services exposure preferred.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, build relationships, and pursue new business.
• Ability to manage a sales process and negotiate contracts.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales expectations.
• Experience with CRM; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to identify prospective clients and hit targets.
• Prospect via field visits, cold calls, networking, and online research; ~3 days in the field.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across property and facility management.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored proposals and presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Pursue RFPs and competitive bids in partnership with leadership.
• Document leads and activities in Salesforce; provide pipeline updates.
