Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to generate new business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and securing service contracts across facility services.

You will develop territory sales plans, travel regularly, and present tailored proposals to key decision-makers, aiming to exceed revenue goals while representing Triad at industry events and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience, preferably in facility services.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, build relationships, and pursue new business.
• Ability to manage a sales process, understand customer needs, and negotiate contracts.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to identify prospective clients and achieve goals.
• Prospect through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online research; in-field 3 days/week.
• Build relationships with property and facility managers and executives.
• Develop tailored proposals aligned with client goals, operations, and budgets.
• Manage full new-business sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Identify RFPs and bid opportunities with company leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with operations to align services and pricing with capabilities.
• Document leads and sales activities in Salesforce; provide pipeline updates to SVP of Sales.
• Represent Triad at industry events and trade shows.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
