Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Utah is hiring an entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and mid-sized businesses, presenting top-tier supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and have autonomy to manage your own schedule while building a local client base.

You will travel to meet clients, develop relationships with business owners, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets with ongoing coaching from the sales manager.

Qualifications

• Background check passed or willingness to undergo a high-level pre-employment screening.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a local client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, network with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and manage your personal client portfolio.
• Work with the manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule, submit hours, and record daily activity.
