Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory by meeting with small and medium businesses, presenting industry-leading supplemental insurance products, and building a client portfolio.

You will receive comprehensive training, a weekly draw pay option plus commissions, and performance bonuses. Health, dental, and vision benefits are offered after 60 days, with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Background check completed successfully.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to acquire new clients.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings and build a portfolio of clients.
• Partner with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
