Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining clients through in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers to offer industry-leading supplemental insurance products.

You will receive comprehensive training, work with a driven team, and use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses in your territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and track activity.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Nurture your client portfolio and strive for retention and growth.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules; record daily work stats and sales activity.
