Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a sales representative to sell and service Dry Mix products in Western Washington from a remote base with a strong field presence in the Seattle metro area.

You will build dealer and contractor relationships, drive new business, manage key accounts, and collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams. Travel up to 50% as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' sales experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in building materials preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and win new business.
• Identify and prospect new customers including dealers and distributors.
• Represent Amerimix and Sakrete at industry events and meetings.
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts through site visits and referrals.
• Analyze dealer sales data and buying cycles to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain for forecasting.
• Manage quoting and deal structures per company guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline and update account information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
