Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a Western Washington sales representative to grow Dry Mix product sales with dealers and contractors in Seattle metro. You will generate leads, expand the territory, and manage key accounts while promoting Amerimix and Sakrete lines.

This role requires a proactive sales professional with 3+ years of territory experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% across Alaska/Hawaii regions support; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' sales experience handling multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the building materials industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales and revenue.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and close new business.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, contractors).
• Represent Amerimix and Sakrete at industry events and networks.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain to forecast demand.
• Manage quotes and deal structures per company guidelines.
• Use CRM to track activity and manage accounts.
